BASIC MESOPOTAMIAN (BABYLONIAN) COMMANDMENTSMESCAC BASIC COMMANDMENTS FOR Human Mesopotamians (Babylonians) Mescac *The one supreme God, the all mighty, the omnipresent is the only true God and lord, holy MARDOK . Thou shall not have any other Gods besides thy lord, holy MARDOK. The different Babylonian societies may call holy Marduk by different names as can happen with a difference in Babylonian language. This is an acceptable religious practise and thus causes no disrespect to the holy Marduk. *Thou shall not take any graven image or idol for worship. The creation of image or statues or art is integral to the creative spirit of Mescac, and has been the bedrock of Babylonian creators from the beginning of Babylonian civilisation about twenty million years ago. One of the means by which our ancestors have communicated with us over such a long period of time, and have been able to pass our ways of worship and Commandments have been through this art form. This is our communication link to our ancestors. Any entity or entities which destroys these art form or vandalises it or give wrong information derived from this to cause disruption of Mescac communication from our ancestors are to be punished by death. This inheritance is our inheritance and our intellectual property. Anybody who takes it away from us shall be put to death. **** Prayer Postures and positions Though Holy Marduk will get your prayers in any posture, if a prayer is performed by pure intentions, but certain traditional Mescac positions are known which help and facilitate praying to The Holy Marduk with a pure intention and helps in concentrating and channelising the energy. * The holy Marduk is a most benevolent and kind creator and imposes no great burden for its worship. All your worship should arise from the desire to obtain the blessing and guidance of holy Marduk and thus the holy Marduk imposes no exacting postures for its worship. The posture of standing and raising your hands to the holy Marduk is the best posture to worship and seek blessing from the holy Marduk. All postures which require you to bend your spine and lower your head below your standing shoulders are to be avoided as they can be construed as Idol worship. Any posture of worship which bends your spine more than 90 degrees or a right angle is strictly prohibited and constitutes blasphemy. * In the whole process of worship when standing either no human or idol should be infront or all worshippers should be sitting with only the Ziggurat Priest facing them either standing or sitting. Under no circumstance can a human, either worshipper or Ziggurat Priest, have its back to other worshippers when the spine is bent even slightly. The Ziggurat Priest will always face the worshippers and never bend while reading the holy scripture (mescaci Bible). * The worship to the holy Marduk is a most pious occasion and under no circumstance can a sexual posture even remotely alike can be tolerated and thus kneeling and putting forehead on the ground is strictly prohibited and only mentioned as such a posture is blasphemy and insult to the holy Marduk. Such postures incite homosexual overtones and are strictly forbidden. * Though the holy Marduk can be prayed to from anywhere anytime but the most solemn and pious prayers and worship can be done in Perfect Ziggurats like the Great Pyramid of Giza of holy high Priest and holy high King Pharaoh Khufu or the hanging gardens of Babylon of holy high Priest and holy high King Pharaoh Nebuchadnezzar or the Tower of Babel of holy high Priest and holy high King Pharaoh Nimrod. Others can endeavour to construct such perfect Ziggurats for holy and pious worship to gain maximum tranquility and output of mind. *Thou shall take the name of holy high lord, the holy MARDOK with reverence and worship and shall not take its name in vain. The holy Marduk as all producing life unfolding whose power benign extends over all the Heaven and Earth. In they godhead far and wide as sky and sea thou spreadest thine awe. +One such Prayer posture is performed sitting with the feet hanging in front. The shoulders and both upper arms form a rectangle and the left hand on the inside of the right hand, with the left hand curling up from below to grip the right hand from below and behind the right fingers, with the thumbs crossing on the inside, with the left thumb in between the right thumb and right forefinger. Both right hand and left hand fingers are held close together. [Shoulder-Arms Rectangle right hand overlap left hand Prayer posture] “O Holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” +Another prayer posture is standing with the shoulders and upper arms forming a rectangle as above, with the bent forearms forming half diagonals to this rectangle, pointing to the shoulders. The hands are held in front of the Xiphisternum or the V of the ribcage, below which the abdomen starts. Here the right hand grips the left hand, with right thumb in the fold between the base of left thumb and left forefinger, with both hands making a shallow curve. The right hand fingers are pointing horizontally towards the left. The left hand fingers are pointing towards the right and the left thumb is pointing horizontally towards the right. Shoulder-Arms Rectangle-Forearms diagonal-right hand overlap left hand prayer posture] “O Holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” +Another variation of the above prayer posture is standing in the same position of the arms as above but with the left hand fingers coming from below to grip the right hand just behind the fingers. [shoulder-arms rectangle-forearms diagonal-right hand overlap left hand-left hand fingers recurve prayer posture] “O Holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” +Another prayer posture is forming a rectangle with the shoulders and upper arms as above but this time the right hand is holding the left hand, with the right hand on the outside and the left hand on the inside, diagonally, with both the fingers and thumb of right hand being placed diagonally, pointing towards the left shoulder. The fingers of the left hand point towards the right shoulder and the thumb is held horizontally. In this prayer position the combined left and right hands are held slightly higher, with the tips of the fingers of both hands crossing above the nipple line. In this prayer position you may look forward or across your right shoulder. You can perform prayer using this prayer posture both standing and sitting. [shoulder-arms rectangle-forearms pointing shoulders-above nipple line prayer posture] “O Holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” +Another prayer posture is standing with the right hand in front and curved and draped over the dorsum of the left hand and left wrist. The left hand is forming a oblong, with the fingers curving inside to touch the thumb. In this prayer posture, the combined left and right hands are held in front of the umbilicus. [right hand drape over left-left hand oblong-umbilical prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” *** Additional Prayer Postures and positions In addition to above Prayer posture and positions, there are additional postures which can be taken during prayer to the holy Marduk + A Prayer posture is standing, with elbows on the sides, the two hands combined raised together to the level of the xiphisternum, with the right hand making a almost 90 degrees angle between the fingers and rest of the hand, right hand overlaps left hand, the left hand fingers coming from below to grip the right hand behind the right hand fingers and the left thumb between the right thumb and forefingers. This makes the whole prayer posture tight but also increases the concentration of the mind to prayers and to holy Marduk. right hand L-left hand thumb between right thumb and right forefinger xiphisternal prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In a slight variation of the above prayer posture, if the hands are held a bit more tightly, the thumbs can cross each other and lie parallel to each other. This will make the person stoop a bit forward and downwards, but will increase the tension of the prayer posture further, and will consequently further increase the concentration during prayer. This posture can also be used when the mind is in turmoil and cannot concentrate. This tighter grip prayer posture and position helps to concentrate the mind on the prayers. [right hand L-left hand thumb between right thumb and right forefinger-parallel thumbs xiphisternal prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + A Prayer posture is in sitting, with the left arm in a right angle at the elbow and the left forearm across the lap touching the abdomen. The right arm is made into a V at the elbow, and the right hand has all fingers close together (including the thumb), with the hand held to the right of the face and palm facing slightly towards the left. The right elbow is kept over the left wrist. [ sitting-left forearm across lap-right arm V prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + A prayer posture and position is standing, with the arms hanging down at the sides of the body and both forearms placed horizontally forward. The right hand is making a fist (thumb remaining out and placed horizontally pointing towards the left). The left hand is placed over this right hand fist, such that the left hand V curvature occupies the V protrusion of the right hand fist, and the left fingers are pointing towards the right, with the finger tips on the right hand wrist. The position of the combined right hand and left hand will come somewhere between the xiphisternum and the umbilicus. The combination of right hand and left hand can be carried slightly away from the body or towards the body as the tone and demands of the prayer requires. This prayer posture and positioning can be used by all but is particularly beneficial to women. [right fist V -left hand L coupling below xiphisternum prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + A prayer posture is standing, with the arms hanging by the side and the forearms bent at the elbow at an acute angle and raised to the level of the xiphisternum, the two hands are joined on their medial borders (little finger sides), with the two joined hands making a bowl with the palms. The bowl of the hand can be carried forward away from the body or backwards to touch the body by the wrists on either side, depending on the tone and demands of the prayers. This prayer posture is good for females. This can be performed sitting as well. [Both hands bowl prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + A prayer posture is with the arms on the sides, the arms are raised forming an acute angle at the elbow. The hands are held horizontally with palms of both hands facing upwards, almost at the level of the manubrium sterni (above the nipple line). The right hand slides horizontally below the left hand, the right hand fingers pointing towards the left and the left hand fingers pointing towards the right, and together both hands forming a shallow cup or bowl. In this posture, the shallow bowl formed by the hands can hold a shallow bowl with a perfumed oil in it. This prayer posture is generally and traditionally used by the females. [ Both hands shallow bowl manubrium sterni prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In a slight variation of the above prayer posture and position, the shallow bowl of combined right and left hands is held in front of the xiphisternum. In this the right hand holds the left hand between its fingers and thumb slightly loose. This prayer posture is also more beneficial to women. [Both hands shallow bowl xiphisternum prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In another Prayer posture, the person stands with the arms on the sides, the forearms are almost horizontally placed though slightly tilted upwards. The right hand lies over the left hand, both placed parallel with the abdomen (both palms are facing towards the abdomen), the thumbs are close together, also horizontally placed. The combined position of both hands will be somewhere between the xiphisternum and the umbilicus. The left hand is generally placed on the abdomen but can be carried forward away from the body according to the tone and requirements of the prayer. The feet are close together. This can be performed sitting as well. This prayer posture is also very beneficial to women. [right hand overlap left hand-parallel hands-parallel thumbs umbilicus xiphisternum prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + A prayer posture is standing, with arms hanging on the sides, the forearms are in front at angle slightly less acute than right angle, with both hands in front of the xiphisternum. The palm of the left hand rests on the xiphisternum. The fingers and thumb of left hand are held together. The right hand overlaps the left hand dorsum from outside, with the base of the right hand fingers resting on the dorsum of the left hand wrist. The arms are on the sides, the forearms are bent at the elbows. The right hand grips the wrist of the left hand from outside. The left hand is in the form of a fist, which includes all fingers but the thumb remains free and straight. All fingers of the right hand are involved in the grip except the forefinger which remains straight. The combination of left hand fist and right hand grip is held just above the xiphisternum, with the left thumb reaching slightly above the nipple line. This posture is used while standing or moving in a religious procession. [right hand grip left hand from outside-left hand fist-left thumb free-straight right forefinger- above xiphisternum ] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In another prayer posture, the left is held under the right armpit (axilla) and the right hand is held below the umbilicus in a slightly bowl like curvature. This is also a gesture of obedience. [left hand -right axilla-right hand bowl below umbilicus prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In another prayer posture, the arms are held by the side of the body, the left forearm crosses the chest and the left hand is held in the right armpit (axilla) but the thumb remains outside and points upwards. Similarly the right forearm crosses the left forearm lying on the chest, and the right hand is held in the left armpit (axilla), with the right thumb remaining outside and pointing upwards. The right forearm can also be placed first across the chest and the left forearm crossing it from outside. These two variations are used in accordance with the tone and needs of the prayers. This is a very dominating but obedient prayer posture and generally performed by the kings. This can be performed both sitting and standing. The head position can vary from looking at your feet to directly looking upwards, depending on the tone and needs of the prayers. [left hand-right axilla-right hand-left axilla-free thumbs prayer posture] “O holy Marduk have mercy and blessings on us” + In another prayer posture, the arms are held horizontally forward at right angle at the shoulders, the forearms are held vertically in front making nearly right angle at the elbow, the hands are held on either side of the eyes, with the palm facing forwards. The Intellectual Property is the creation of a unique set of idea or ideas, which are expressed in a form which can be copied, like verbal, written or prototype. Thus, Intellectual Property is said to be created once it is expressed either in the form of spoken language, or written form or a prototype. This includes inventions, discoveries and other scientific or artistic creations like writing a book, forming a theory, giving explanation to a phenomenon, architecture, painting, sculpture etc. The person who thus expresses such an idea, either verbally, or written form, or making a prototype or model is the Intellectual Property holder of this Intellectual Property work and is hence attributed with this Intellectual Property. Thus forth in future for all times to come, this Intellectual property will be attributed to this person. Attribution is done as: Intellectual Property: Name of the creator of the Intellectual Property This attribute is for life and afterwards. This Intellectual Property or Work will always be attributed to this person, both in this life and afterwards. Once an Intellectual Property is created and made known in the society, others can build on this verbal or written or prototype idea but the creator of this unique original Intellectual Property will always be attributed with work or Intellectual Property. Such a person will always be the Intellectual property holder , who expressed the particular idea in whatever form, verbal, written or prototype. This includes all inventions, Copyright works, architecture, music, fiction and non fiction writing, and other Intellectual works. Since it is obligatory for the Intellectual Property Holder to make public its works, it can only be used by others under the terms and conditions set by the Intellectual Property holder. Intellectual Property Holder will always be the original person and will decide the extent and terms and conditions of the use of its Intellectual Property by others. If an Intellectual Property is developed further by others into a longer and more diverse form than also the original Intellectual Property Holder will be attributed first and than the secondary persons as modifiers of the said Intellectual Property, howsoever long the period or time may have passed after the creation of the original unique Intellectual Property. This helps in developing the Intellectual Property further but still gives due credit to the original Intellectual Property Creator and also the later person who modifies or enhances and Intellectual Property further. But for the secondary persons to be attributed in addition to the original Intellectual Property creator, the modifications or enhancements should be very significant to make the original Intellectual Property work useful many folds more. In case a Intellectual Property has been created in the long distant past, and an individual or group of individuals cannot be identified as the creator of such Intellectual Property, than the country and place of origin of the Intellectual Property will be attributed as the creators of such an Intellectual Property and later modifiers added to the list. If a Human Babylonian creates Intellectual Property in a Non-Babylonian country, than the attribute to the creation of the Intellectual Property work will be the named Human Babylonian followed by Babylon, followed by name of specific Babylonian country to which the Human Babylonian or its ancestors belong. Later the name of the Non-Babylonian country may be added where the Intellectual Property work was created. Intellectual Property work cannot be transferred nor bequeathed to another entity nor donated to another entity. It will always be known as by the name of its creator, though if the creator of the Intellectual Property changes its name, the Intellectual Property will automatically be said to be created by the creator with its new name, both in public and for the future as well. Intellectual Property creation is a unique phenomenon, and very few people in the world are gifted for it by the holy Marduk. Traditionally in Babylonian society the Kings have been blessed by the holy Marduk to be the greatest Intellectual Property creators, followed by the Priests and then other intelligent people in the society. Since Human Babylonians have created almost all Intellectual Property Inventions, they must always be attributed as such, by individual name if known, followed by “Babylon’ followed by ‘Specific Babylonian Country name’, but if the individual name of the Babylonian creator of a Intellectual Property is not known, than it is to be attributed as “Babylonian Invention” followed by the “Specific Babylonian Country name” Other Human Species (Like Human Africans, Human Asians, Human West Europeans, Human Australians, Human North Americans, Human South Americans) have greatly benefited by the Intellectual Property inventions of the Human Babylonians, and hence are obliged to honour and attribute these Intellectual Property Babylonian inventions to Human Babylonian individuals followed by ‘Babylon’ followed by “Specific name of Babylonian country to which the inventor belongs”, If the name of the individual Intellectual Property Creator is known, but if the name of the individual creator of an Intellectual Property is not Known, than it is to be attributed as “Babylonian Invention”. Of the Intellectual Property created or existing in the lifetime of the Intellectual Property creator Human Babylonian, all others will attribute the Intellectual Property work to the individual Human Babylonian name and its country of origin. *********For example, the Intellectual Property created by me will be known and attributed to be created by me as: Tanvir Nebuchadnezar from Babylon Mesopotamia ~ presently known as Iraq ( because I trace my ancestors to holy high Priest and holy high King King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon and my grandfather and great grandfather migrated out from there in 1940 but we have maintained our pure Babylonian breed) Similarly, Intellectual Property invention of the past, like the Bulb is the Intellectual property invention of holy high priest and holy high King King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia, so the attribute of the Invention of the Bulb will be as Bulb Inventor: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia All modifications of the Bulb like the LED or Tube Light will have the attribute as Inventor: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia followed by the name and country of the scientist who actually created LED bulb or Tube Light. This attribution of Intellectual Property Creator name applies very stringently under Babylonian religion Mescac and failure to give due respect and attribution of the Intellectual Property work or hiding it altogether means a death penalty to the false claimant. Similar attribute is to be given to other Intellectual Property works of holy high priest and holy high King King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon as Follows: Electricity: Alternator: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Electricity: Water Turbine: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Electric Distribution System: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Electricity: Battery Cell: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Engines: Piston Combustion Engine: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Engines: Rotatory Combustion Engine: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Engines: Steam Engine: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Transport: Rails: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Aircrafts: Aeroplane: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Aircrafts: Helicopters: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Aircrafts: Glider: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Aircrafts: Parachute: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Transport vehicles: Car: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Transport vehicles: Train: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Transport vehicles: Motor Cycle: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Transport vehicles: Bicycle: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Motors: Motor: Fan: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Motors: Motor: Air Cooler: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Motors: Water Motor: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Communication: Telephone: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Communication: Telegraph: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Communication: Radio: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Communication: Local Area Network (LAN) or Internet: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Light: Bulb: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Light: Torch: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Genetics: Laws of genetics: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Genetics: Role of special Chromosomes (Y and X chromosomes) in sex determination: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Pistol: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Revolver: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Shoulder fired rifle: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Cannon: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Bullet: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Cannon Bomb: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Guns: Gunpowder: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Time: Portable spring watch: King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon Mesopotamia Most of the above inventions holy high Priest holy high King did in the Laboratory of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, which was his Ziggurat as well, where he prayed to the holy Marduk and sought his blessing and guidance in making his inventions. It is the period of this great inventions, in which he made several of the above inventions, that he isolated himself partially for about seven years, that many blasphemers accuse him of mental abnormality during this time. In fact, this was time time of greatest scientific inventions and advancement in the whole history of mankind, when everything that the world today depends on to be called civilised, was invented by the greatest creation of holy Marduk, the holy high priest and holy high king King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. If an Intellectual Property cannot be attributed to an individual scientist, like the Wheel because it was invented too far back in time like more than two hundred thousand years ago, than the attribute is always to be done as Wheel: ‘Babylonian Invention’ or “Babylon Mesopotamia” In case a new version of the Wheel is created like the Tubeless Tyre, then the attribute will be given as Wheel: Babylon Mesopotamia : Tubeless Tyre: Name and country of scientist This attribution of Intellectual Property creation is the essence of scientific pinnacle that Human Babylonians have been able to achieve, and hence should be strictly adhered to and enforced. Such is the command of holy Marduk to the World. In a world where lots of Intellectual Property creations of the past, particularly of Babylon Mesopotamia, have been plundered and stolen and carried away, the Mescac directs that all such Mescac heritage artefacts are the creation of creators from Babylon Mesopotamia and hence are now the Intellectual Property of Babylon Mesopotamia, wherever they maybe kept or taken away in the world. Hence, not only are these the Intellectual Property of Babylon Mesopotamia, but any derivative work made using these Mescac heritage artefacts, including copies of them, photographs, designs or written work and others is also the Intellectual Property of Babylon Mescac. Any earning that comes from the use of these Mescac heritage artefacts, including making derivative works, belong to Babylon Mesopotamia. *** *The holy Marduk has in its infinite wisdom given us life as humans, and originated and evolved us into several human species, we being Human Babylonians, other human species being, Human West European, Human Asian, Human African, Human North American, Human South American, Human Australian. At the same time holy Marduk wants us to live as humans in a dignified way, for which several human rights are a must of a Human Babylonian to have: +Right to food is necessary for survival. Each Human Babylonian living in a society has right to have food to sustain itself. If the individual is incapable of procuring food, such should be provided by the society. +Right to residence or shelter is again needed for survival. Each Human Babylonian in a society should have its home, either alone or in a family. If the individual is incapable of having its own shelter, some sort of shelter should be provided by the society. +Right to female male sexual copulation is again needed for survival and procreation. It is one of the main reasons the holy Marduk created us as females and males. If a individual is incapable of procuring female male sexual copulation, some workable arrangement should be made by the society. But no person capable of female male sexual copulation should be deprived of this basic human right. +Right to marry in a female male relationship by mutual and consensual choice. +Right to bear children and raise a family. Children are the bedrock of Babylonian society and all married couples should try to have children, and raise them in accordance with basic Babylonian Commandments. Only, if a married couple, even after trying cannot have children, than they are permitted to adopt children of other parents but who are already orphaned. Even such adopted orphaned children will bear the name and identity of their biological parents. Also Babylonians cannot adopt Non-Babylonian children. Similarly Non-Babylonians cannot adopt Babylonian children. Homosexuals cannot either adopt or raise children. +Right to life is the most fundamental human right given by holy Marduk. Only in gross violations of the basic commandments can a life be taken or in self defense. +Right to protection in society is again a survival right. The society should provide minimum basic protection to members of the society so that they can live their life, and follow Mescac and pray to holy Marduk. +Right to earn a livelihood is again a survival right. It is expected in a mescac society that each breadwinner in the family is provided or facilitated with a occupation, which can sustain it and its family. +Right to health is again a survival right. It is expected in Mescac that each individual remains healthy, and if sickness falls it, it is given proper treatment under Mesopotamian System of Medicine and Surgery, such that it regains its health again. Such healthcare should be affordable and easily accessible during time of need. Related to this is the right to have both physical and mental health. +Right to non-discriminatory evaluation and treatment behaviour by the society. This means that society and rulers should develop fair criteria to assess the competence and capabilities of people in the society and than select them for different works and jobs in the society. +Right to freedom of speech is important to bring forth one's capabilities, grievances and frustrations infront of the society, and are permitted as long as they do not go against the basic babylonian Commandments. +Right to protection and protest against corruption in the society, and practises against basic babylonian commandments. +Similar to this is the Right to expose dishonesty and corruption in the society. +Right to honesty and honest living. +Right against wrongful prosecution. +Right to due course of justice, and a fair trial. +Right to bear witness against wrongdoing, or acts committed against the basic Babylonian commandments. +Right against deception, lies, frauds, robbery, rape and other criminal acts. +Right to fair application of the law of the land on all persons, with no undue provisions against an individual or individuals +Right to defend oneself and one's loved ones. +Right to protection against blackmail and sexual exploitation. In this context sexual blackmail of a Babylonian female by Non babylonians is punishable by death. If done by babylonians the punishment can vary according to the culpability but is still very severe. +Right to own property and money earned rightfully, and in accordance with basic Babylonian commandments. +Right to own what one has rightfully worked for. +Right to progress in the society in accordance with one's physical and mental capabilities, without undue discrimination or favour. +Right to privacy, both individual and family, against intrusion. +Right to retain one's own identity, both individual and family inheritance. +Right of parents to their children. +Right of children to their parents. +Right of husband and wife to each other. +Right against physical and mental torture. Any such torture of a Human Babylonian by a Non Babylonian is punishable by death. If done by a fellow Babylonian the punishment can vary according to culpability. +Right against homosexuality and homosexual modus operandi. The use of all primary homosexual modus operandi on a Babylonian is punishable by death. +Right to happiness. All Babylonians are expected to be happy and have happiness, and should strive for it. The Babylonian society should provide a platform for minimum levels of happiness to prevail in the society. +Right to peaceful living in the society without being disturbed by others. +Right to have an opinion and have a say the governance of the land. +Right to do scientific research and make it available to the society. +Right to movement in society without restrictions and undue checks and vigilance, without violating or trespassing personal or government property. +Right to reasonable entertainment like sports, theatre (or equivalent), books (library), clubs etc within one's financial means, without violating similar rights of others. +Right to practise one's profession in accordance with best traditional and prevalent norms, without harassment or interference from others, both customers and others. +Right to Mescac burial after death, both in peace and war. +Right to worship in accordance with Mescac. *** Human Rights of children Like adults, the children under Mescac are given the same human rights but because they physically and mentally not as well developed as adults so they require additional protection and supervision. The most important aspect is that they should be able to grow in an social environment which helps them to bring forth their best mental and physical attributes in the society. To this end they need all the basic human rights of adults, but they also deserve special rights as children to grow into useful and good members of the society. +Right to special nutrition: children in various age groups require special nutrition because their minds and bodies are growing. A newborn has the right to its mother’s milk. A newborn can be fed on mother’s milk for the first year of its life if health and condition of the mother so allows. Mother’s milk is the best milk for a newborn baby and it helps in developing the special bond between mother and child. +Right to Play: children have growing bodies, which require that at various ages they are provided with necessary physical exercise and training in the form of sports and games for them to develop a healthy body. +Right to Education: similar to physical exercise, children need mental exercise for their mental development. Institutionalised education is a very good means to help the child grow mentally. +Right to Special protection: In the society all sorts of people exist. The worst danger to a child is from homosexuals in the society. Most of the time these homosexuals cannot be identified externally because they claim to have their own family. Externally they profess and show heterosexual relationship but continue to indulge in homosexuality and are homosexuals. They pose the greatest danger to children because they go about in the society with an overt heterosexual relationship and thus also socialise with families and children. They use a special modus operandi on children to draft them into homosexuality. Poking the Anus-rectum of children by using their fingers, objects and when proper opportunity is there even their penis is the primary modus operandi of homosexuals to draft children into homosexuality. This is akin to mutilation of their psyche, psychology, mentality and their bodies. This is because at such a small age, children have a very labile temperament and psychology, and their genome is still in the stage of activation, to fortify them physically and mentally. Due to this process of genome activation, both the body and mind of the child is very impressionable to the slightest deviation or anomaly or physical abuse of them. Thus, poking the anus-rectum modus operandi of homosexuals selectively inhibits the activation of the genome of a child towards full straight adult life. It thus, mutilates the child both physically and psychically as it prevents the expression of genome in the natural right direction. This makes them into mental cripples. During childhood, especially during early childhood, the Y and X chromosomes are in almost dormant stage till age two years when they are slowly naturally activated to the full by the sexual age of ten years. Because, these sexual chromosomes are not fully activated, so the primacy of penis in male and primacy of vagina in female is not yet fully registered at the frontal lobe level. Only when these sex chromosomes become fully active, the frontal lobe directs the limbic system to select the penis in males and vagina in females as primary erotogenic zones. The frontal lobe further directs the limbic system of males to seek vagina and female touch for the sexual satisfaction of penis and directs the limbic system of females to seek penis and male touch for the sexual satisfaction of the vagina. In this dormant stage, the child is also ambivalent about male and female touches, though not entirely. Thus, homosexuals not only poke the anus-rectum of the child regularly but also indulge in excessive touching of the hip-buttocks and back to ingrain the primacy of anus-rectum as the primary erotogenic zone by selectively stimulating these parts of the body so that the frontal lobe of the brain sends ambivalent signals to the limbic system and the child is drafted into homosexuality. But, the selective stimulation of anus-rectum, hip-buttocks and back by this poking modus operandi of homosexuals, also has a deleterious effect on the development of the frontal lobe as frontal lobe needs the right feedback signals from the limbic system for its proper and full growth. Thus, the intelligence and higher mental functions of the child are greatly curtailed by this homosexual modus operandi. But similar to children, even young females and males are vulnerable to this forced poking of anus-rectum modus operandi of homosexuals, as this disturbs their normally developed straight orientation and intelligence and can lead to serious psychological and physical disturbances even in a adult body and mind. Henceforth, the poking of anus-rectum modus operandi of homosexuals, whether done to children or adults is punishable by death. Since almost all homosexual modus operandi are done by a team of homosexuals so death is the punishment for all those who are part of this homosexual team to convert others into homosexuality. Thus, any modus operandi, method, methodology, means, process used with the intention to convert a person, whether a child or adult male or adult female, into homosexuality is punishable by death to all persons involved and taking part in this. Thus, children should be kept away from other people most of the time especially in the first two years of life and their care should be taken mainly by their mother and father. In Babylonian society such homosexuals who hide behind heterosexual relationships should be especially sought and neutralised by putting them to death. *** * The Babylonians lays great stress on the higher forms of human morality, speaking the truth and keeping one's word, which brings thee closer to the blessings of holy Marduk. The lord make its face to shine upon thee and be gracious unto thee. The Lord lift up its countenance upon thee and give thee peace * In days gone past, the Sna Battu (= Sabbath) was on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day of every month, which was set apart on which no work should be done. The extent of this holiday can be gauged such that the King should not change his robes, nor mount his chariot, nor offer sacrifices, nor render legal decisions, nor eat boiled or roasted meats and not even a physician should lay hand on the sick *** * The marriage or union between you a Human Babylonian and a Non Babylonian is forbidden. Holy Marduk prescribes the severest punishment for such a transgression. The punishment is death to the Non Babylonian partner of such a union and social quarantine to the Babylonian partner. The social quarantine will continue till such time that a suitable Babylonian partner can be found to marry it. * If a child is born between a Human Babylonian and a Non Babylonian even if no marriage has taken place, the Non babylonian partner will be put to death and the Babylonian and child will be put under strict social quarantine till such time that a suitable partner can be found for it. The child may be allowed to live till sexual age. * The holy Marduk ordains you Human Babylonians to preserve, protect and safeguard your eggs and sperms and allow fertilization between Human babylonians only. Fertilization with a Non Babylonian is punishable by death. * The Holy Marduk has created the Human babylonians as a distinct and unique human species which differ from other human species both phenotypically and genotypically and thus are incompatible genetically with other human species. The child born of a union between a Human Babylonian and a Non babylonian is unstable genetically because of genetic incompatibility (Human Babylonians differ genetically from other human species by more than ten percent) and hence such a child is very prone to homosexuality. And the punishment for homosexuality is death. Because of genetic incompatibility, such a child is also unstable mentally and very liable to mental aberrations and diseases and criminal tendencies. The outcome is a form of devil which is an insult to holy Marduk. Such an eventuality should never be brought into this world. * In light of the above commandments any union or marriage between a Human Babylonian and a Non babylonian done in whatever way is null and void both legally and spiritually. May holy Marduk guideth thee towards a happy married life between Babylonians. *** *** * The holy Marduk in its infinite wisdom has given a limited lifespan to your life and expects you to live it in accordance with its Commandments and hence it is incumbent on you to utilise your time in life to optimise your performance as following the Commandments of holy Marduk and to living a fulfilling and happy life as ordained by the holy Marduk in your intelligence, mental attributes, physical attributes and spiritual attributes. Thou shall do your utmost to safeguard your time and potential and will not let others waste your time or attributes. * Thou shall remember that while living, "Life is Time and Time is Life", such is the great importance attached to your time in life by the holy Marduk and thou shall not let others waste your time or life nor waste the time of others. * But the holy Marduk in its infinite wisdom by giving unique and different intelligence, mental attributes, physical attributes, spiritual attributes has also qualified time differently for different people both qualitatively and quantitatively. In general people with more intelligence, higher mental attributes, higher physical attributes, higher spiritual attributes have more precious time as they have more to contribute to the society and hence wasting their time is a greater sin and also punishment is more severe. * Because the holy Marduk attaches such great importance to our time in life it is your duty to safeguard it and protect it from being wasted either by yourself or by others. To safeguard your time the holy Marduk requires you to develop and live in a society which respects time and protect it from being wasted. In this direction you need to develop sufficient military skills and hardware to safeguard time and to destroy people who do not respect your time and want to waste it. The holy Marduk says that preserving one's time and safeguarding it is also self-defense. * The holy Marduk has created life and time in it in such a way that a person is most productive in its youth and hence this part of life is to be safeguarded the most and the severest punishment is to be met out to people who destroy childhood and youth, the most productive parts of life. * Because reproduction is thy duty, more so for persons with greater mental, physical, and spiritual attributes and since best offsprings can be had only in a small part of your life, anybody wasting this part of life is committing the most grevious sin and must be destroyed. This is also self-defense as ordained by the holy Marduk. * Persons committing the sin of wasting time are not only committing a crime and a sin against an individual but also against the Babylonian society as they are preventing these individuals to contribute to the society at their optimum, and hence people who waste time of others are not just enemies of the individual but the whole society and hence must be destroyed. *** * The holy Marduk has given you in its infinite wisdom a set of identity as individual identity (in respect of gender, physical and mental attributes), a family identity (in respect of your mother, father, brother, sister, and your family lineage), a species identity as Human Babylonians, and a religious identity as mescaci Babylonians. Thou shall protect and preserve and persevere with your identities all your life and after. You should never alter these identities as these are given to you by holy Marduk in its divine wisdom and is the connection between you and holy Marduk. You will never sever this connection as its the means by which the holy Marduk has laid your redemption. You will also not allow others to alter or destroy your identity as it is an attack to sever the link between you and holy Marduk and thus its blasphemy. You can do anything to preserve and protect your identity, including destroying people who want to change or alter or destroy your identity or impose the identity of others on you. Such efforts by others is a great crime against holy Marduk and punishable by death. * When the holy Marduk brings you into this world, the holy Marduk not only gives you the Identity but with it also the means, physical, mental and spiritual to define your deeds. Thus with the unique identity that holy Marduk provides you at birth comes the responsibility to indulge in deeds that are good and in accordance with the commandments. Since your deeds may be effected by others in the society, it is incumbent on you to choose the society in which you live so that you are not adversely affected in your deeds. You always live in a Babylonian society and in that try to make way to gain the society of good people and avoid bad people. * Because holy Marduk provides you with a unique identity and gives you attributes to define your deeds, you are responsible for your own deeds, more so if you are living in a Babylonian society. You only will be held responsible for your deeds by the holy Marduk. In case you do deeds which are not good and not in accordance with the commandments, you are responsible to nullify and neutralize your bad deeds by re-entering the path of enlightenment given to you by holy Marduk and stop all bad deeds and indulge in good deeds. This is your only chance of redemption in front of holy Marduk. * Thus redemption is only obtainable by stopping bad deeds and indulging in good deeds. Other people cannot provide redemption. Thus seeking redemption from others is blasphemy. * To start on the path of redemption one must realize the bad deeds one has done, than charter a practical and spiritual course to correct yourself. The practical course is to start doing good deeds and stopping bad deeds. You can take spiritual help from the Ziggurat by talking to the Ziggurat priest. In such matters confession to the Ziggurat priest can be helpful spiritually. But such confession can be made to your mother or father if they are spiritually leading a life as provided by holy Marduk. In some cases such confession can be made to a spiritually elevated person in the society. In extreme conditions where you think that you are a danger to the society such a confession can be made to law-enforcement/ legal authority. *** *Thou shall try to understand the ways and means by which the holy Marduk has created this Cosmos, This Universe, This Earth, This Life and This Us. Thus the study of the creation of Life and Cosmos and how the various elements of nature work and interact is the highest form of worship (along with good deeds) to the holy Marduk. But not everybody in the society is endowed by the holy Marduk with faculties and attributes to do so in its highest form. Those with higher attributes and faculties are to be given high regard and honour in the society. Every effort should be made by the society to help these higher faculty members of the society to study nature and bring truth infront of the society. Those with lesser faculty and attributes should learn from these higher faculty and attribute members of the society to further science and understanding of nature. Holy Marduk wants us to understand and appreciate its creation. Thus science in Mescac is a form of pure worship to the holy Marduk and is promoted. * The Ziggurat is not only a place of worship in following and reading holy scripture (the Mescac Bible) but it is also a science laboratory where the blessed scientists study science and do scientific experiments and research. In earlier times the King was the highest scientist in the society but with spread of knowledge and education, others also joined as scientists and started worshipping in their Ziggurats. Thus a Ziggurat can be constructed in accordance with one's scientific and spiritual needs. Those with lesser means who cannot construct their own Ziggurats or do not need on a regular basis can go to public Ziggurats to study holy scripture (Mescaci Bible) and scientific literature. * It is the duty of the Babylonian scientist to make its scientific discoveries and inventions available to the society and it is the duty of the society to honour and attribute such scientific discovery and inventions to the scientist. All such records of the scientific achievement and its author are to be maintained in the Ziggurat. * Since the holy Marduk has laid a path of enlightenment and truth for you to follow to achieve peace and harmony in this life and after, and provided you with the mental, physical and spiritual means and attributes to achieve this peace and harmony in this life and after by the path laid out by the holy Marduk, the holy Marduk expect you to maintain the integrity of these physical, mental and spiritual attributes and thus gives you the right to defend your physical, mental and spiritual attributes from harm by others or yourself and thus you can take the path of war if necessary to protect these attributes. But this effort and war is not only to be done to protect one's individual attributes but physical, mental, and spiritual attributes of the society as a whole is to be protected both from within and outside. To successfully defend these individual and societal attributes given by holy Marduk thou shall develop sufficient military skills and hardware to defend these individual and societal physical, mental and spiritual attributes both from within and outside attack and harm. This is the duty of every member in the Babylonian society. Thus development of military skills is in accordance with self defense and a necessity to maintain the blessings of holy Marduk on the individual as well as the society. *Remember the weekly holiday ( Sna Battu = Sabbath) and to keep it holy.It is your day to rest, give time to family, relax and indulge in matters which need your attention. You can avail of all holidays that you get for such matters and give some time for introspection and remembering our creator, the holy Mardok *Honour and give due respect to your father and mother. The holy Marduk inflicts severe penalties upon parents who repudiate their children, and upon children who are disloyal to their parents. *Thou shall not kill, except in self defence *Thou shall not commit adultery Adultery is a sin which degrades the family life and values and Social life and values. It not only affects the individuals indulging in it but adversely affects the other partner, the family and ultimately the society. *** * Thou shall not indulge in unnecessary sexual abstinence as the holy Marduk has created man and woman for each other. Those who force sexual abstinence on you are committing blasphemy and must be destroyed. The holy Marduk in its infinite wisdom has created your physiology in a manner that to sustain it and lead a happy and contended life you have to have a female male copulation relationship. The holy Marduk expects and desires this from you. Any kind of worship or lifestyle which requires of you sexual abstinence is blasphemy and a great sin. All religious works which require of you sexual abstinence are blasphemy and persons preaching them and propagating them and enforcing them must be destroyed. In Babylonian Monastery only persons of non sexual age are permitted to learn babylonian religion Mescac. Thou shall remember that sexual abstinence is one of the tools and modus operandi of the homosexuals by which they divert people away from straight life and into homosexuality. Because holy Marduk has made your body and physiology such that you need regular female male sex. By blocking this natural instinct given to you by holy Marduk by enforcing sexual abstinence on you, the homosexuals are forcing you physically and mentally to divert your mind and body away from female- male sex and into homosexuality. Thus enforcing sexual abstinence is a very strong modus operandi of homosexuals to spread and propagate homosexuality and is an offense punishable by death. Thou shall not join an institute which enforces on you sexual abstinence in your sexual age. These institutes are the workshop in which homosexuals control your mind and body and divert it into homosexuality. Thou shall remember that your worship or prayer to holy Marduk or God does not require any sexual abstinence and you are in the best state of mind to worship and pray to holy Marduk (God) when your female-male sexual desires are fulfilled in the right way prescribed by the holy Marduk. Thou shall remember that enforcement and propagation of female-male sexual abstinence is modus operandi of homosexuals and punishment for this is death to the homosexuals. Such people have to be destroyed. Thou shall remember that female male sexual relationship is the natural relationship devised by the holy Marduk to keep you happy and content and in the right frame of mind to worship and pray to holy Marduk (God). Thou shall remember that sexual abstinence is a sin and blasphemy against holy Marduk (God) because it keeps you away from happiness and contentment and the right frame of mind to remember and pray to holy Marduk (God). When other people force you into it the punishment is death to them. They must be destroyed. Though shall abstain from sexual abstinence. *** * The Contract or Agreement or deed is an important part of the development of Babylonian civilization. But a Contract is valid if it is made between contracting parties out of free will, without coercion, without threats, without deceit, without blackmail (particularly sexual blackmail especially in cases of females), without any kind of undue pressure. The contract is obligatory to all who are part of the contract. But any contract should not violate or go against any of the basic Babylonian Commandments. If such happens, this contract becomes null and void. The terms and conditions of the contract should be logical and reasonable. The contents of the contract or agreement should not be such that it can be changed by one side on its own. Any change thus made will render the contract null and void. Once a Contract is signed its terms and conditions cannot be altered in any form or manner but if such is required, the contract should be cancelled and a new contract signed if agreeable among the contracting parties. The duration of contract can also be changed by cancelling it first and than signing a fresh contract. A contract can only be agreed and signed in person, proxies and power of Attorneys are prohibited in agreement and signing of contract. If one of the party to a contract is disproportionate like a government compared to an individual, than the human rights of the individual should be respected and guaranteed in a contract. A contract cannot put unilateral obligations or restrictions. The contract should not in any way have any clause that can lead to death of the contracting individual or its family. If the contracting party is a female than it is to be made sure that she is signing the contract out of free will without any physical or sexual threat. Sexual Blackmail should be particularly looked for and if such is found even at a later date it will render the contract null and void. The contract should be in a language and formation which is easily understandable to the participants in the contract. *** *The Mescac wants to protect its females from unwanted solicitations from Non-Babylonians, Non Babylonians are prohibited and warned against any kind of sexual demands, sexual remarks, sexual messages or speech, any kind of touching and flirting with Babylonian women. These are offenses very harshly punishable which can include death to the Non-Babylonian. Sexual Intercourse whether forced or even consensual with a Babylonian woman by a Non-Babylonian is punishable by death to the Non-Babylonian and slavery to the family of the Non-Babylonian. *** *Thou shall not steel or indulge in corruption *Thou shall not bear false witness *Thou shall not covet things which do not belong to you or things you do not deserve. *** *Thou will and should always marry or reproduce with a Babylonian (Mesopotamian). Marriage or reproduction with a non-Mesopotamian is strictly prohibited. Though sexual intercourse with a non- Mesopotamian is allowed under certain circumstances. *Thou shall always maintain straight life and shun(reject) homosexuality. Homosexuality is a crime, punishable by death. * Thou shall maintain a constant state of straight life by maintaining a perpetual female-male relationship and avoiding homosexuals and homosexuality. Thou will make aware of the presence of homosexuals to others in the society so they can protect themselves from them and safeguard themselves from homosexual modus operandi. * Since it is thy duty to maintain straight life, though shall procure a stable female-male relationship at the earliest. A marriage is considered a duty and procreation and love its goal. The wife and husband shall behave in a manner to stabilise and make happy this relationship. Most matters between husband and wife should be sorted out by mutual understanding and love in accordance with Babylonian religion and culture (Mescac) *** * Thou shall carry arms and weapons as needed to defend thyself and other Babylonians. This includes protecting life, honour, property and thy religion and country *Thou shall strive to place yourself in a place and position where you can protect yourself and other Babylonians in accordance with Babylonian religion (Mescac). Hence migration to places where Babylonians are in good numbers and where thy can support each other is desirable and should be done. *Thou shall not indulge in betting or gambling. Betting or gambling on the life, honour, time of a Human Babylonian or its family members or loved ones is punishable by death to all who are involved in such betting or gambling. *Though is permitted to indulge in the enjoyment of alcohol but it should be in limits which does not hinder you from observing the commandments nor it should hinder the rights of other people. *Thou shall strive to achieve as much as your intelligence and capabilities permit as given to you by holy Mardok. Thus Babylonian society has to be free of any form of caste system and reservations. * Thou can have all that is provided by nature for food, from both the animal Kingdom as well as the Plant Kingdom *It is thy duty to reproduce, and thou shall do your utmost to bring in this world a progeny in the image of the male partner and a progeny in the image of the female partner, this is how holy Marduk created you, a male and a female, and this is what you have to give to this world, the better the holy Marduk blessed you with intelligence and Physical attributes, stronger is your duty to reproduce and contribute to babylonian society, so it can become stronger and better *** * Thou shall always bury your dead in the soil, from soil have you arisen and into soil shall you end.The burial of the dead body is considered very essential to future peace; the body should not be exposed to light. Even in war you shall bury your dead and allow your enemy to bury their dead. In peace the dead should be buried with proper rituals and the King should be buried in accordance with the rituals of the burial of a King. * Every number or digit or a combination of them is unique, thou shall not attach any religious value to them *** An important corollary of above commandments and Monotheism is that Mesopotamian commandments are public in sphere, with no claim to any individual superiority and hence according to Mesopotamian Law, no individual can claim prophethood. Any such claim is bogus and punishable offence according to Mesopotamian laws, culture and tradition. *** A most important commandment which arises from the above commandments is that Mesopotamians (Human Babylonians) can have only a Mesopotamian (Human Babylonian) as holy priest or holy King or spiritual leader or government. Taking Non-Mesopotamians as priest or King or Spiritual leader or government is blasphemy and an offense punishable by death. *An important corollary of above laws is that any law by man which goes against the above commandments is unacceptable and bogus. *** |
